MEET Paige
Hi, I'm Paige.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy for teens (13+) and adults throughout Illinois. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, career transitions, relationship challenges, and the stress that can come with balancing life's many responsibilities.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or simply unsure of what comes next, my goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel understood, empowered, and safe to explore what matters most to you.
Many of the people I work with are navigating periods of transition and growth. You may be entering a new phase of life, questioning your career path, adjusting to changing relationships, exploring your identity, recovering from difficult experiences, or trying to reconnect with the version of yourself you want to become. Therapy provides an opportunity to slow down, gain insight, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I am passionate about creating an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel supported and accepted for who they are.
my therapeutic approach:
My work is grounded in trauma informed, person centered care and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths based approaches. I tailor therapy to each individual, balancing practical tools with deeper exploration and insight.
Before becoming a therapist, much of my professional work focused on helping individuals navigate life and career transitions. As a result, I have a particular appreciation for the uncertainty, stress, and growth that can accompany changes in identity, relationships, education, employment, and life direction.
I have also received training in Motivational Interviewing, a collaborative approach that helps individuals explore ambivalence, strengthen motivation, and build confidence in making changes that align with their values and goals. This approach can be especially helpful when navigating career decisions, burnout, behavior change, personal growth, and other periods of uncertainty.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, identity exploration, or a major transition, we'll work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and self compassion.
